How does shipping work?
With regard to product produce on Factory in Michigan - The USA person will see the goods after 5 - 9 working days (9 working days about 2 week) via UPS.

Some products FrankyTee partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS, ePacket.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking)  :)

The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
 
What if I need to return something?

No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process - we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back.

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system or our own tracking system. You might want to let your customers know in your shipping emails, so that it minimises the confusion for them.

Do you ship in all countries?
We ship to all countries, all over the world.

When will I receive my items?
All items are made to order and are shipped in around 5 - 9 business days. Except for ship to Worldwide can take between 45-60 days to be delivered.
Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer.

How does International Shipping work?
After your order has been printed within 5-7 business days, your package will be shipped out for delivery. International Shipments take approximately 14 business days for delivery. So your order is always estimated to arrive within 21 business days. International shipments originate through USPS (the United States Postal Service.) Once they leave the United States, they are handled by the postal system of the country listed for delivery. We are currently working with our logistic partners to ensure a lower shipping rates. My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your order has been sent on a trackable service, all you need to do is to type the tracking code into ‘Track Order’ and view your order. It's also worth checking if there are any know delivery issues in your area. You can click here to check out the latest delivery updates. If your estimated delivery date has passed, and there aren't any known delivery delays, just click here so the FrankyTee customer care can help you further.

RETURN & REFUND
All sales are final so we cannot cancel nor refund your order after the first 6-hour period. However, to ensure your pleasant shopping experience with us, we offer refund or replacement for damaged goods. Simply send us a photo verification of the damaged goods, then we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

I’ve cancelled my order – when will my money be available again?
If you have cancelled your orders,then we will refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charges (fee & tax where applicable) within 5 business days. If the funds have not been released after 7 working days then please get in touch with the FrankyTee Customer Care team and we'll look into it further for you.

Fulfillment Errors vs. Customer Errors
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. In the cases where customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, We cannot exchange the products as they are made to order. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have cause. We are working hard to find a solution to this. In the meantime, thank you for your continuous supports.
